Inga In the southern slope of Ben Rinnes, the distillery was built in 1975. Old gold in colour, the whisky is rich, assertive and uncomplicated. With treacle and brimstone, the smell of the bakehouse and touches of the Steamie, it is not a whisky to potter with. Simple, sweet and malty to taste, with an aftertaste like whole-meal bread, it is a most unusual after-dinner whisky.
