Buteljerad i mars och till försäljning först i december! Varför vänta så länge? Kanske för att de tar 3 månder att komma upp med en halv sida tasting notes. Min poäng: ?? p

Inga
Colour: Mid golden amber.
Aroma: The first impression is of a deep sooty smokiness combined with powdery icing sugar and dark fruits; also fudge with blackcurrant and cranberries, black cherries and pepper. Dark chocolate limes, cherry blossom and moss bring herbal freshness to the scent.
Water releases more smoke as sooty birch tar and smoky bonfires bring the smell outdoors; bananas are barbecued with melted dark chocolate, served with sigared almonds and toffee crunch. Leaves on a woodland floor and camphor bring the atmosphere of a forest in autumn.
Taste: Chewy and oily with treacle toffee, brmbles and smoked cranberries dipped in hot fudge. Sugared almonds and rice paper dissolve in the tongue before espresso coffee builds up with spicy cinnamon sprinkled on top. The fresh clarity of spearmint cleanses the palate with a wave of brine before fading away into the finish.
Finish: Sugared almonds, fudge ans sooty birch tar.
