| Inga | After maturing in traditional casks for over 8 years the Arran Single Malt in this bottling was transferred for a
"finishing" period of 8 months to a selection of Rancia wine casks. Rancia is a full-bodied wine from the Chianti Classico Riserva denomination
of Italy. Produced from the Sangiovese grape this wine is matured in oak barrels for 12-18 months. These casks have imbued the Arran Single Malt
with a superb rich aroma and complex flavour. This is an intriguing new slant on the Arran house style. 2007 Limited edition of 1,950 bottles. |
