NA Nose: Wild strawberry jam partnered with freshly pressed comb honey. Lovely ripe plum aromas soaked in date syrup.
Colour: Rich amber-gold.
Taste: Rich and inviting. Sticky date pudding, topped with caramelised raisins and toffee sauce. The complex finish displays a citrus twist with bitter chocolate shavings.
