2006 års uppföljare till 1989 som kom 2005. Den här gången en oloroso sherry lagring. Det lovar gott tycker jag. Min poäng: 84 p

Inga Light teak in colour. Dark chocolate, raisins and sweet figs are bound together with that distinctive Bowmore smokiness to create a warm and delicious palate full of rich fruit cake flavours with a slight salty spiciness.

RNW Staff Tasting Notes
Nose: really dark whisky in both colour and nose. Burnt leather, wood smoke, prunes, heather honey, seaweed.
Palate: very intense, both smoke and sherry very pronounced, coconut in the finish.
Overall: Typical Bowmore, just a lot richer. 8
