Inga With an initial nose of vanilla pods and custard, this Caledonian wamrs to several stewed apples and mullet wine aromas. The light body leads to a palate seminiscent of peach melba and fresh cream before waves of vanilla and honey which run and run inte the long and vibrant finish.
