Inga Staff Tasting Notes Nose: Zesty, sherbety, cakey. Hot hay. Toffee/chocolate. Lots of cereral character, but not necessarily youthful. Lots of fruit salad with water. Fruit cocktail (glace cherries, melon)
Palate: Cereally, some old peat.
Finish: Medical, coal tar. Chewy.
Overall: Excellent.
