Inga Colour: Deep autumnal gold
Nose: Rich and syrupy with a heavy mix of home baked desserts. At full strength, the aroma is reminiscent of syrup pudding and madeira cake smothered in lemon curd and a dusting of spices.

Addition of water releases a softer sponge cake mixture with raisins, sultanas, vanilla cream and lemon peel. Throughout there is an aroma of home baking emanating from the mixture of toasted oak tannins and syrupy sweet aromas.

Taste: Deep, rich and mouth-coating, the mouthfeel is at once tingly, tangy and chewy with spices, madeira cake and lemon curd. Toasted oak tannins are revealed in the deep and chewy mouthfeel, intricately woven with honey and lemon toddies, cake mix and soft vanilla flavours.

Finish: Long and sweet, with soft sponge cake soaked in vanilla cream and lemon curd with a hint of eucalyptus.
