Nose: Clean and fresh with grapefruit, burning grass and fresh herbs.
Palate: Soft and smooth. Summer fruits, a hint of chalk, patisserie cream and lemon. With water, there's some pear juice.
Finish: Bamboo, smoke and grass with a little apricot stone.
