Inga Islay - No doubt about it! The nose opens with ashes and smoke then a sweeter character develops with polished wood and cigar boxes. On the palate, the initial sweetness runs to rich peat, wet ashes and burning wood chips. The finish is long with tar and creosote then a salty smoke lingers on. (f)
