Inga Opens salty, tarry, sweet and big on beach quality with hot sand and drier qualities now apparent on the nose. The palate starts dry then moves sweetly to tar and a phenolic gristiness - beyond 20 seconds here, it has soft chewed leathery style. Dry, lightly smoked, subtly peated and softly spiced on the finish with late, really late tar.
