Inga A very sweet-citrus nose with pineapple and mangofruit. It is very hard to put words on the tasting notes, as a lot of impressions come and go. In the mouth, it is very powerful and oily - with a clear precense of the Fino Sherry without it comes to dominate the taste The finish is very long and a bit dry in the beginning but softens in time - very pleasant.
