Nose: Fresh, grassy, with a perfumed, musty woodiness of age. Lemon barley sugars. Walnut oil and orange liqueur. Kiwis, cucumber and summer pudding.
Palate: Creamy, with nuttiness, white toast and fruit syrup.
Finish: A light chocolate bitterness.
Overall: Another elegant old Lowland.
Taste blind by Arthur, Greg, Keir and Neil in Spring 2006 Nose: Delicate, Ripe Fruit, Soft Sherry
Body: Silky, Oily. Taste: Sherbet Lemons, Dried Fruit.
Finish: Soft, Smoky, Lingering.
Overall: Best drunk neat, and a dram to be savoured!
