From J&B's other distillery, this is an unusual malt from Keith, not bottled as a single by its proprietors. The colour of spun barley-sugar, with a scent of cake dusted with desiccated coconut and cold tea. When water is added, the cake becomes biscuity and there is a very slight whiff of cheese. The flavour is creamy (light cream cheese?), with some salt and black pepper and a trace of fruit brandy; light bodied and easy to drink.
